Terms and Conditions
Use and Handling: Laboratory Connection Services (further LCS) products are sold for professional consulting and laboratory use only and are not intended for any other commercial, drug, medicinal, household or other consumer purposes. We reserve the right to refuse a sale to persons not considered qualified to handle hazardous substances, or if we suspect that the intended use of the chemical is for illicit purposes.
Ordering: Our prices are subject to changes without notice. The pricing is shown in Canadian Dollars (CA). Applicable sales taxes and shipping charges are extra.
Payment: We accept Checks, Money Order, Wire Transfers, Pay Pal, and all major Credit Cards (through PayPal). For clients with an established account, we will offer an option of the Purchase Order which is payable in 30 days.
Canadian Taxes: Taxes are calculated based on the shipping address. No Canadian taxes are charged on International orders. Buyer is responsible for any import and local sales taxes specific for your country.
Shipping & Delivery: Laboratory Connection Services (LCS) store takes pride in providing great customer service. We will do all we can to ensure your order arrives safely and in a timely fashion. Please allow a reasonable time for orders to reach you. If you choose “Economical” shipping, it may take from 1-3 days within Canada, and up to 3 weeks for oversea destinations. Please be sure that you provide internationally accepted format for your address, and your complete contact information. We deliver to physical addresses only. If you require a shipping to address different than the billing one, LCS store reserves the right to contact you for clarification. This option is available for registered accounts only.
Shipping Insurance: By default, you shipping is covered for up to $100 Canadian dollars. If you are looking for higher insurance coverage, please email us at info@lcslaboratory.com specifying your order number, and required shipping insurance coverage.
Privacy & Security: LCS is the sole owner of the information collected by the company. Information is collected for the purpose of providing clients with requested service. LCS does not disclose email addresses or any other contact information to outside organizations except when required by law.
LCS does not handle or store sensitive financial or health related information. If user wants to remove his/her profile, please email us at info@lcslaboratory.com
Returns & Replacements: We take great care to ensure that your order is filled and packed accurately. Upon receipt of your order please examine it closely. Contact us immediately if material is missing or damaged. Should an instance arise when the quality of the product does not meet your expectations, we will do our utmost to correct the problem. If we cannot satisfy your concerns we will gladly accept return of the item and issue a full credit. Returns for other reasons may be subject to 20% restocking charge.
Warranty: LCS will replace or refund any product that fails to meet the published specifications or is materially defective. All instruments are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty. LCS makes no other warranty of any kind either expressed or implied. LCS will not be liable for any damage or other loss, however caused, in excess of the purchase price of a product in respect of which any claim is made.
Laboratory testing terms and limited liability: By placing a request for analysis, You accept the LCS terms and conditions as published at www.labconserv.com website. In case on necessity, or if the method is not available, You automatically approve the use of a subcontract laboratory which is ISO 17025 accredited. Subcontractor can be selected by LCS from the list of approved subcontractors. LCS warrants that all work will be performed in accordance with the generally accepted procedures, protocols and practices . The liabilities and obligations of the laboratory and the remedies of the client under or in connection with any LCS laboratory services, shall be limited to repeating such services at no cost to the client, or, at the sole discretion of the laboratory, refunding fees paid in full or in part. LCS disclaims all other warranties, expressed or implied. Client agrees that all work product shall be used solely by it and only Client is allowed to rely on such work product. LCS accepts no legal responsibility for the purpose(s) for which the client uses the test results provided as a product of the LCS laboratory services.
