Description
PTFE membrane filters, pre‑weighed and housed in 3‑piece cassettes (37 mm, 1 µm pore size), are standard sampling devices widely referenced in OSHA and NIOSH methods. They are selected for applications requiring exceptional chemical stability and high filter purity. Each cassette can be analyzed for total dust and subsequently tested for specific analytes.
The 3‑piece cassette design ensures compatibility with Aluminum Cyclones and Dorr‑Oliver nylon cyclones for respirable dust collection. PTFE filters are routinely used for sampling Coal Tar Pitch Volatiles, PAHs, oils, and metalworking fluids.
